RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RADAR, every drop is intentional. Due to the limited nature of our products, all purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Request is made within 3 days of receiving the item

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are intact
Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted items

Limited drops or exclusive releases

Items damaged due to misuse or wear
3. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:

Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will:

Offer a replacement (if available), or

Issue a refund/store credit
4. REFUNDS
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us.
5. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only allowed for:

Size issues (subject to stock availability)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
